On-demand delivery
Lalamove and GogoX are the go-to apps in Singapore for moving boxes, furniture, and other bulky items. Pick a van or small truck, enter the seller's address and yours, and the driver handles the rest. GrabExpress is parcel-focused but some drivers accept bulky items that fit. Tip: in the app, flag the job as furniture or plants and include photos plus dimensions so an undersized vehicle doesn't accept the booking.
Small movers via Carousell
Carousell's Services category is full of independent "man with van" listings. Cheaper than a full moving company for a single trip, and they help carry / lift. Often the best option for several heavy pieces (wardrobes, sofas, solid wood tables).
Ride along during pickup
Some Lalamove and GogoX drivers let you ride in the van (front, sometimes back) even though it's against the official terms. Upside: you're at the seller's place to check the item's condition and help load. Downside: you're not covered by their insurance — at your own risk. Message the driver in the app chat before booking to clarify.
